MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Kathy D. Lindemann (the “Debtor”) for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7056, which incorporates by reference Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56, on the complaint filed by William D. Fiala (the “Plaintiff’) which seeks to deny the Debtor a discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A) and (B), (3), (4), and (5).
