TATUM, Judge.

OPINION

The defendant, James Henry Miller, alias James Edward Bass, was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree for which his punishment was fixed at 30 years in the State penitentiary. He was also convicted of robbery with a deadly weapon with punishment fixed at imprisonment for 15 years in the State penitentiary. At a bifurcated hearing, he was found to be an habitual criminal, and punishment was enhanced to imprisonment in the State penitentiary for life.
