delivered the opinion of the court:

The defendant, Lonell Robinson, was tried in a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Cook County for the offenses of rape and two counts of armed robbery. He was found guilty of all charges and was sentenced to concurrent terms of not less than 5 nor more than 10 years for each count of armed robbery and a consecutive sentence of not less than 20 years nor more than 40 years for rape.
