The appeal in this case is from the judgment of a judge of the Civil and Criminal Court of DeKalb County (denominated the State Court of DeKalb County) overruling defendant’s motion to quash summons and overruling defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction of the person of defendant and for lack of jurisdiction of the subject matter of the action. A certificate of immediate review was timely filed.
