¶1 Gregory Edward Meyer (Meyer) appeals from an order of the Eleventh Judicial District Court, Flathead County, entered on May 20, 2003, denying Defendant Meyer’s motion to suppress. We affirm.

¶2 We address the following issue on appeal:
