In this direct appeal from a conviction for murder, Patrick E. Cox contends that:(1) his arrest in his home without a warrant violated the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution and therefore incriminating statements he made to police at the police station after the arrest should have been suppressed;(2) the prosecutor made improper remarks during trial that prejudiced his right to a fair trial;(3) the trial court erred by admitting certain testimony, the relevance of which depended upon Cox’s knowledge of the content of the testimony; and(4) it was error to deny…
