In the relatrix’ petition for a rehearing, complaint is made as to the application of the law by the Court and its finding of facts in this case. It is said that the majority opinion casts aside and disregards that portion of the Teachers’ Tenure Law, Act 58 of 1936, amending and re-enacting Section 48 of Act 100 of 1922, wherein it is stated “ * * * it is not the intent of this act to impair the right of appeal to the court of appropriate jurisdiction.” If the Legislature had attempted to make the ruling of the School Board final by placing a provision in the…
