OPINION

AVERN COHN, District Judge:

Plaintiff, David Benjamin, M.D. appeals the district court’s dismissal of his national origin and “class of one” discrimination claims under the Equal Protection Clause, as well as his substantive and procedural due process claims on summary judgment. Plaintiffs claims rise from the revocation of his medical privileges from (A) The Ohio State University Medical Center (Medical Center) and at (B) the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J.
