Defendant was convicted by jury verdict of felonious possession of numorphan, a narcotic drug. The primary issue presented by his appeal is whether or not the trial court committed error by not granting defendant’s motion for new trial because of alleged misconduct of the deputy prosecuting attorney 1 in closing argument to the jury.
