The parties litigant are before this court a second time, the first appeal being reported in In re Estate of Garrett, 81 Ill App2d 141, 224 NE2d 654 (1967). In that proceeding, the respondent, Sherman S. Garrett, appealed from an order in a section 183 citation proceeding (Ill Rev Stats 1965, c 3, pars 183-186), directing him to turn over to the estate of George B. Garrett, deceased, certain specified monies, securities and property, or the proceeds of the sale thereof, to the extent they were not used for the care and support of the decedent, or for the payment of his obligations and funeral…
