Almand, Justice.
Sykes H. Young and others, alleging themselves to be engaged in auditing, accounting, and tax work, filed suit against W. H. Irwin and Mrs. Annie Lee Irwin, to recover a named sum of money for services rendered the defendants under a written contract to represent them before the Treasury Department of the United States and its officers in connection with a proposed assessment of Federal-income-tax deficiencies against the defendants for the years 1939-1945 inclusive.
