This case is before this court for the second time. In the prior appeal, Sines v. Blaser, 98 Idaho 435, 566 P.2d 758 (1977), we addressed a procedural issue unrelated to this appeal. On this appeal the issue before the court is whether sufficient notice was given to defendants-appellants Albert E. and Ruth L. Blaser before Canyon County took certain parcels of their real property by tax deed.
