Michael Yannotti appeals from a judgment of conviction in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Scheindlin, /.). The jury convicted him of conspiring to engage in racketeering in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (“RICO”) Act. See 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d). The district court sentenced Yannotti principally to 240 months’ incarceration. Yan-notti’s appeal raises several issues.
