KAPLAN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs move for reconsideration of the Court’s opinion, which granted in part and denied in part defendants’ motion for summary judgment. Faulkner v. National Geographic Society, 211 F.Supp.2d 450 (S.D.N.Y. 2002). They argue that the Court overlooked certain matters and controlling decisions in dismissing (1) “all” of plaintiffs state law claims on preemption grounds, (2) the claims against Eastman Kodak Co. for direct and contributory copyright infringement, and (3) David Allen’s claims as successor in interest to the images and texts of his father, Arthur…
