This is an appeal from a decision of the Superior Court holding that the defendant is a sexually dangerous person (SDP) within the meaning of G. L. c. 123A, § l, 1 and committing him to the treatment center at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Bridge-water for an indeterminate period of one day to life under G. L. c. 123A, § 6.
