OPINION

HOWE, Judge:

¶ 1 The Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) appeals the juvenile court’s denial of its motion to terminate Rocky J.’s (Father) parental rights to O.K. (Child). ADES argues that the juvenile court erred in not finding that Father’s incarceration would deprive Child of a normal home for a period of years under AR.S. § 8-533(B)(4) by (1) improperly considering Father’s anticipated release date from prison instead of the entire length of his sentence and (2) failing to apply the Michael J. 1 factors.
