This matter came on for trial on March 15, 1985, at 9:80 a.m. The following appearances were made: Kurt Anderson for the Plaintiff; John Riches for Defendant First State Bank of Benson (Bank); and Joan Erickson for Defendant John Block, Secretary of Agriculture (FmHA).
