Plaintiff, Vince Torcasso, doing business as Mazz Media (Tor-casso), brought an action in the circuit court of Cook County against defendants Richard Swoboda and Standard Outdoor Sales, Inc. (Swo-boda). Torcasso alleged that Swoboda breached a brokerage contract and committed fraud.
The trial court granted Swoboda’s motion to dismiss Torcasso’s amended complaint. The court ruled that the action was barred by principles of res judicata and collateral estoppel. Torcasso appeals, assigning error to the dismissal.
We affirm the order of the trial court.
