BERMAN, District Judge.
At the heart of this dispute is a bitter intra-family feud over the estate of Byrdie Goldman who died in 1991. The feud has given rise to multiple lawsuits in different forums. At one point, it led to the issuance of an arrest warrant for Byrdie Goldman’s son Donald Goldman, a New York attorney.
