In June, 1951, A. P. Matthews instituted this action in the District Court of Atoka County against The Choctaw and Chickasaw Missionary Baptist Association, if in business, and out of business and liquidated then the Trustees, successors, creditors, claimants, beneficiaries and assigns, if any, of said association, and alleged in his petition that he purchased from the last known Trustees of the defendant association, a non-profit unincorporated group, all of the assets and property rights of the association, and that the last known Trustees of said association of which he…
