OPINION AND ORDER
GWIN, District Judge.
On August 13, 1999 and August 25, 1999, defendants filed motions for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Rule 12(c) of the Federal Rules. 1 [Docs. 1573, 1577, 1585, and 1586]. In their motions, the defendants maintain that Plaintiff Geoffrey Benson’s complaint should be dismissed based on grounds of Eleventh Amendment immunity, judicial immunity, prosecutorial immunity, and failure to state a claim. 2 Because the Court agrees that all defendants are immune from suit, it grants defendants’ motion.
