FLETCHER, Chief Judge:
The appellant was convicted of larceny, forgery, and uttering a forged instrument in violation of Articles 121 and 123, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921 and 923, respectively. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of $200 per month for 1 month, confinement at hard labor for 1 month, and reduction to the grade of Private E-l.
