In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Milan, dated April 4, 1988, which upheld the issuance of a building permit to the respondents William and Jeanette Anagnos on December 18, 1985, the petitioners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Hillery, J.), entered December 21, 1988, which dismissed the proceeding.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
