Samuel Lois Watson (“Appellant”) appeals his conviction following a jury trial for one count of the Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance, a violation of section 195.202. 1 Following his conviction, Appellant was sentenced by the trial court to fourteen years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
