This cause comes here on a writ of certiorari issued to the Appellate Court for the First District to review the judgment of that court reversing the judgment of the municipal court of Chicago and remanding the cause to that court, with directions to enter judgment for the plaintiff in the amount of his demand. Plaintiffs in error were tenants of defendant in error under a written lease containing a power of attorney to confess judgment for rent in arrears.
