This suit was brought by Nicholas Johnson and wife, Easter Johnson, father and mother, respectively, of one Earnest Johnson, deceased, to compel the Union National Bank to pay over to them $400.55 which the said Earnest Johnson had on deposit with the hank at the time of his death.

The plaintiffs alleged that they were the parents of Earnest Johnson and entitled to the estate left by him, and that the bank had refused, after demand made therefor, to pay them the aforesaid deposit.
