Hoffman, J.:

Appellant contends that the trial court erred in disallowing cross-examination of the minor-prosecutrix as to prior specific acts of sexual intercourse with men other than appellant. Appellant attempted to present testimony *306of such acts of promiscuous intercourse as a defense to charges of statutory rape and of corrupting the morals of a minor.
