Action for damages for personal injuries resulting to plaintiff while attempting to hoard one of defendant’s street ears. The court directed a verdict for the defend- • ant. Plaintiff appeals.

Plaintiff, by reason of an injury to his head sustained at the time of this accident, was caused to lose memory of the circumstances surrounding the accident, and at the time of trial he was still unable to recall how the accident occurred.
