Smitty's Painting, Inc. ("Smitty's") appeals from a decision by the Unemployment Insurance Review Board ("Review Board") affirming the findings and conclusions of an Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ"), which granted Raymond Sage's application for unemployment benefits.
