OPINION

This is one of ten actions in which overtime compensation is sought to be recovered under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.

The plaintiff alleges that in the period since the taking effect of that Act he has worked more hours per week than the maximum provided in the Act, and has not been paid as therein provided. He sets forth with sufficient particularity the amount received, and shows that he was engaged in interstate commerce.
