MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALEXANDER WILLIAMS, JR., District Judge.
Plaintiff Sharon White (“White” or “Plaintiff’) has filed this employment discrimination suit against her former employer, Defendant Mortgage Dynamics, Inc. (“MDI” or “Defendant”), alleging that she was terminated in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621, et seq. (“ADEA”).
