This was an action begun in the Court of Common Pleas for Greenville County, seeking to recover actual and punitive damages for the alleged fraudulent breach of a certain $2,500.00 life insurance contract issued by the respondent on the life of the appellant, and for the alleged fraudulent breach of a contract to issue and put in force a certain other $2,000.00 life insurance contract on his life.
