This is a review by certiorari of the Court of Civil Appeals' decision in a divorce case. The facts are as follows: On December 29, 1978, Beverly Joan Gatewood and Cornelius Dennis Brislawn were married at Fort Benning, Georgia, where the husband was stationed as an army officer. After spending their wedding night in Columbus, Georgia, the parties stayed at the home of the wife's parents in Alabama for ten days.
