State Ex Rel. Tarney v. McCormack

This is a review of the court of appeals’ denial of a petition for issuance of a supervisory writ1 to compel the appropriate offi*222cials of the circuit courts for Milwaukee county to honor petitioner’s request for substitution of a judge pursuant to sec. 801.58, Stats. We reverse the decision and grant the petition.
