The matter before this Court in this Chapter 11 case of Jet 1 Center Inc. (Debtor) is a Motion to Disqualify Counsel for the City of Naples Airport Authority (Doc. No. 83), who is Louis X. Amato, counsel of record for the City of Naples Airport Authority (NAA).
