ROSENN, Circuit Judge.
An incredible misuse of funds in stock market speculation1 by Douglas Sehotte, president of the Eatontown National Bank (ENB), rapidly culminated in its financial collapse. This appeal involves a series of complex issues spawned by that catastrophe.
