ORDER OVERRULING PLAINTIFF’S OBJECTION AND AFFIRMING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

This matter is before the Court on the June 4, 2012 Recommendation by U.S. Magistrate Judge Kristen L. Mix (the “Recommendation”) (ECF No. 34) that Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment be granted.
