MEMORANDUM-DECISION and ORDER

McAVOY, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff William F. Oakes seeks relief for alleged violations of his constitutional rights under Title 42 U.S.C. 1983. Within his complaint, the Plaintiff alleges that the above named defendants violated his constitutional rights thorough the use of excessive force, by unlawfully searching the plaintiffs room and car, by falsely arresting and imprisoning the plaintiff, by maliciously prosecuting the plaintiff, by conspiring to “cover-up” the alleged deprivations of plaintiffs constitutional rights, and by depriving the plaintiff of due process…
