Plaintiff, Mary I. Berkeypile, appeals by leave granted the trial court’s order granting summary disposition in favor of defendant, Westfield Insurance Company, pursuant to MCR 2.116(0(10) in this action involving the interpretation of an insurance policy issued by Westfield. Plaintiff was injured in a multiple-vehicle accident.
