MEMORANDUM

This is a motion that presents some extremely interesting questions as to the scope of the doctrine of forum non conveniens in a situation where plaintiff, alleging a foreign-based tort, is a non-citizen and non-resident of the United States suing a corporation that has its principal place of business within this jurisdiction.
