This case comes to us a second time'on appeal from a verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff. The former opinion may be found in 107 Iowa 735.
The action is to recover damages, claimed to have resulted from falling over a wooden trough extending across *1194the sidewalk, from a building on a business street. The fall occurred on the 18th day of December, 1912.
