MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMES S. SLEDGE, Bankruptcy Judge.

This case comes before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment. 1 The parties agree that there are no genuine issues of material facts and that a judgment should be entered for one party based upon the applicable law. Plaintiff seeks to establish that her allowed general unsecured claim of $29,189.80 for child support that accrued prepetition should be declared nondischargeable pursuant to the provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 1328(a)(2) and 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5).
