The Iron City Mutual Fire Insurance Company issued to the defendant, Bestline, a policy of fire insurance dated and delivered on June 14, 1892, which referred to the application and made the same a part of the contract. The application was not attached to the policy, which contained a clause wherein the defendant waived the benefit of the act of May 11,1881.
