MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CARRIGAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Ben P. Dreith, a Colorado resident, commenced this action asserting claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. (first through fifth claims), and a claim for outrageous conduct (sixth claim). Defendant National Football League (NFL), an unincorporated association with its principal place of business in New York, has moved: (1) to transfer the case to the Southern District of New York; (2) alternatively, to dismiss the plaintiffs ADEA claims; and (3) to dismiss the sixth claim pursuant to…
