I. INTRODUCTION
Appellee, Lloyd A. Priddy, sought to suppress the fruits of a search of his person by a police officer during the course of a stop of his vehicle. In denying the motion, the trial court made findings — which Appellee argues were contained only in the uniform citation issued by the officer — that the stop, and thus the search, was justified *503pursuant to Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1, 88 S.Ct. 1868, 20 L.Ed.2d 889 (1968).
