Tbe appellants, averring tbat tbey are owners of real estate forming part of tbe territory attempted to be annexed to tbe city of Keiuaunee, but not expressly stating-tbat tbey are taxpayers, allege tbat they brought this suit in equity for themselves and in behalf of all other property owners and taxpayers similarly situated.
