¶ 1 Appellant, Joyce Lillian Newton, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on April 13, 2009. We affirm in part and vacate in part.

¶ 2 The Commonwealth charged Appellant with criminal use of a computer, conspiracy to commit criminal use of a computer, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, identity theft, and conspiracy to commit identity theft.
