This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the G-oes Lithographing Company, plaintiff, and against the La Salle Amusement Company, the garnishee, for the sum of $1,348.18.

The La Salle Opera House Company, the nominal plaintiff, was engaged in operating the La Salle Theatre, in the City of Chicago, under a lease of the premises occupied by the theatre. In 1913, this company issued bonds in the sum of $40,000, to secure which, it executed a deed of trust, covering the leasehold and all the personalty it owned and used in connection with the operation of the theatre.
