In this appeal, we are faced with a claim that a newspaper abused the rights guaranteed to it by our Constitution. Appellant, ToDay’s Housing, filed a complaint alleging defamation against Appellees, Times Shamrock Communications, Inc., Times Shamrock Communications, Inc. d/b/a Republican & Herald, Pottsville Republican, Inc., and Pottsville Republican, Inc. d/b/a Republican & Herald and Republican & Harold (collectively, “Newspaper Publishers”) arising from five separate articles published by Newspaper Publishers.
