Plaintiff brought suit July 3, 1985, against defendants for specific performance on a house sale. On September 10, 1985, the trial court granted plaintiff’s motion to amend her complaint to include an additional, claim for an equitable mortgage alleging the defendants had recorded a quitclaim deed given only as security for a $9,000 loan from defendants.
